Our team of professionals have over 90 years combined experience. We have a certified fitter on staff and a knowledgeable customer service team able to assist you!

RETURN POLICY

Within 28 days, most products are eligible for full refund.

Item(s) must be returned Postage Paid, in original packaging, unused and undamaged to:

Exceptions may include: Items with expiration dates, personal and hygenic items, item worn on the body, bathroom equipment such as raised toilet seat and commodes.

Before you return an item: You must contact customer service and receive a return authorization email.

Refund will be issued once the item(s) have been received back to our warehouse and assessed.
